IAAPA Order FAQs

How do I place an IAAPA order?

After you’ve browsed our IAAPA specials, you can secure your order by:

  • Submitting a quote request right here on our site – go to each product you’d like, click the “Get Quote” button to add it to your quote cart, and then submit your cart when finished. A BounceWave rep will reach out ASAP to confirm your order details and send you an invoice for the deposit.

Once you receive your invoice and pay the deposit, you're all set!

How much is the deposit?

Most IAAPA specials can be secured with just a $500 deposit per inflatable. Custom builds may require a higher deposit amount, reach out to us for more info.

Deposits are required to be paid within 24 hours after receiving your invoice. If deposit is not received within this time frame, the order will be voided and canceled.

The remaining balance on the order is due when your order has arrived and is ready for shipping or pick up. You are welcome to make payments toward the invoice at any time using your invoice link.

Please keep in mind-deposits are not refundable.

How does shipping my order work?
  • A few days before your order is ready to ship, a BounceWave rep will reach out to confirm shipping details.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll run the current shipping cost and add it to your invoice.
  • Because rates vary daily, shipping isn’t added until just before your product ships.
  • Need an idea sooner? Call our team for a rough shipping estimate.

Can I finance my IAAPA order?

Yes! You can finance your IAAPA order by submitting a finance application right here on our site. Click this link to apply for financing.

When should I place my order?
  • Because our IAAPA specials are so popular, we receive a massive influx of orders as soon as specials go live.
  • Orders are produced in the order they are received — as the schedule fills, lead times push further out.
  • The sooner you place your order and pay your deposit, the sooner your inflatables will be ready.
  • If you need your order by a specific month (Feb–May), contact us and we’ll get you set up.
