Important Information About Your New BounceWave Inflatable ⚠️
Before you dive into setup, please take a few minutes to review the important tips below. These quick steps will help you protect your investment, avoid shipping issues, and ensure smooth setup and operation.
👉 Scroll down to read everything carefully before receiving and setting up your inflatable for the first time. Before your first rental, we strongly advise setting up your inflatable ahead of time to ensure you’re familiar with the process and that everything is working properly.

Critical: Inspect Your Shipment

Upon receiving or picking up your inflatable, it is CRUCIAL that you inspect it immediately before signing off with the freight company:

  • Check the pallet and inflatable for any visible punctures, tears, or damage that may have occurred during transit.
  • If any issues are found, do not sign for the shipment. Call the BounceWave team right away at 1-888-901-9283.

Depending on the situation, we may advise you to refuse delivery as part of the proper freight damage claim procedure.

👉 Failure to note damages with the carrier at the time of delivery may result in loss of claim eligibility.

First Time Setup Tips

  • When inflating for the first time, allow the unit a few extra minutes to fully take shape. Some large or intricate designs may require some assistance standing upright while air fills the beams and features. This does not mean the product is faulty, it simply is a measure that allows air to flow to all parts of the inflatable.
  • Use the correct blower size (as noted in your product specifications) for safe and optimal inflation.

About Water Slide Misting Systems

Please note: BounceWave inflatables with slides (or water slides included in the design) do not come with a built-in misting system.

Instead, all slides feature a durable Velcro loop system over the sliding lanes. This allows you to easily attach your own standard garden hose with holes drilled to create a misting effect.

We’ve found this to be a longer-lasting and more reliable solution than traditional built-in systems.
